Long story short. Hp i7 prebuilt. I had the free version of Windows 10 running flawlessly and created a repair disc and a mirrorimage backup to a seagate drive. Ended up with the blue screen of death and tried to run the repair disc. It would not work and simply put me back in the loop. Eventually I reloaded my original discs and returned the computer to the factory windows 7.

Then I started to try to reinstall my Windows 10 again. Then an other 10 hours of checking for updates. Trying to keep it simple. My original Windows 7 is on my computer.
